I'm a Red Hat consultant performing a migration assessment from IBM WAS to JBoss EAP7 in a big customer.
I analyzed an EAR with -target eap7. In the "Issues" report I find the story points from cloud rules in the total estimated value. My client is not migrating to the cloud and would not have "cloud mandatory" points on total.
There is java rule https://github.com/windup/windup/blob/master/rules-java/api/src/main/java/org/jboss/windup/rules/apps/java/ip/DiscoverHardcodedIPAddressRuleProvider.java with such category id without specifying the target
