Registered application is not shown on Registered Applications table

I tried an upload of some applications and while second fails due size it blocked everything after that. Even restarted server I can't register second and more applications. It behaves like that even I haven't seen any error the applications were uploaded/registered, but not listed.

Why I think this? I see them internally on server where are registered apps stored and second I Run Windup analysis and they are in reports. See attached screenshot.
