Windup-eclipse plugin wrongly generates report only for one of 3 projects

      1. Clone https://github.com/windup/jee-migration-example-app and update to https://github.com/windup/jee-migration-example-app/pull/1
      2. Import Existing Maven project from the root folder of above example into Eclipse.
      3. It should result with 4 projects in the workspace.
      4. Switch to Windup perspective and create run configuration with jee-example-app, jee-example-service and jee-example-web projects. Select a migration path and check Generate Report option on Options tab
      5. Click on Run button
