Redundant CONSOLE log handler adding in CLI scripts for messaging-clustering* QS

CLI scripts in messaging-clustering and messaging-clustering-singleton QS contain redundant step for adding CONSOLE log handler. They fails with:

Failure: WFLYCTL0212: Duplicate resource 

The reason is that CONSOLE log handler is enabled by default.
