NPE from EJB code when shutting down JBoss server

Using build #1498 from the nightly snapshot
jboss-as-7.x-nightly.zip

When the JBoss server is shut down with cntl-c, a NPE in the EJB stack was exposed. I've seen this once, hopefully the stack trace provides enough.

Get the server log here, and search for "NullPointerEx"
