Minimize usage of deprecated PropertiesAttributeDefintion#setXmlName()

There are some leftovers in different subsystems that still use setXmlName() to control the properties single element name instead of name of the attribute itself.
For such scenarios custom instance of PropertiesAttributeParser/Marshaller should be created instead
