Remove pre-built, external jandex indices

    Description

      Remove pre-build, external jandex artifacts that only exist for 2 CXF artifacts.

      These are the only ones that are being created currently in wildly and don't see to be essential.

      Use the attached patch for experimentation if needed.
      I can send a PR if you want to go ahead with the change.
