Remove Xalan from WildFly

Right now we are keeping a (old) fork of Xalan around for maintenance purposes at https://github.com/jboss/xalan-j/tree/jboss_2_7_1.

There is also a related product maintenance repo internally.

I would like to get rid of these old forks altogether.
