{ : } syntax is not explained

The { : } syntax which is used in the provided standalone-full.xml - for example -

<inet-address value="${jboss.bind.address.management:127.0.0.1}"/>

does not appear to be explained. I guess I can set jboss.bind.address.management somewhere to change the default value.
