Deprecate direct socket configuration of standalone server management http-interface

Configuring the standalone server http management interface using interfaces+ports instead of socket bindings has been non-preferred (and documented as such in the xsd) since 7.1, only supported for compatibility with 7.0. Time to deprecate it so we can remove it in 9.0.
