allow to override messaging's connector host property

The messaging subsystem's remote-connector and http-connector uses their socket-binding's socketAddress to configure their ports parameters.

There are some cases where the user may need to setup a different host (cloud hosting, proxy, etc.) that the one that is resolved by socketAddress.getHostAddress() or .getHostName().
