messaging: add 1.4 XML namespace

Add support for the 1.4 XML namespace in the messaging subsystem that added the max-saved-replicated-journal-size attribute to the hornetq-server resource (compared to the 1.3 namespace)
Same attribute should be also available in 2.0 xml namespace.
