Duplicate WildFly14.0 host exclude entry in domain-host-excludes.xml configuration

There are two entries for host exclusion definitions with different values for WildFly14.0. One is excluding org.wildfly.extension.microprofile.metrics-smallrye and the other is excluding none.

org.wildfly.extension.microprofile.metrics-smallrye was added in Wildfly15, so it must be excluded for WildFly14.0. The remaining host-exclusion definition should be removed.
