Description
Following WFCORE-4238, annotate WildFly attributes that corresponds to metrics with COUNTER_METRIC flag when appropriate.
Update the microprofile-metrics-smallrye extension to check the presence of this flag in order to create appropriate metrics for its Prometheus output.
