State errors during fetching JPA Statistics should not be fatal

    Description

      A follow up to WFLY-2436 : the previous issue was making sure the server would not be terminated in case of IllegalStateException but I witnessed now that we need to protect also against other Runtime errors such as HibernateExceptions, specifically org.hibernate.service.UnknownServiceException is possible.
