The standalone-picketlink.xml example is missing some JMS config and has misordered attributes in the identity-management subsystem

The standalone-picketlink.xml example includes the messaging subsystem but doesn't include the standard ee subsystem jms-connection-factory default-binding config.

It also misorders attributes on most of the partition-manager elements.
