If anything won't be clear feel free to ask .
There are occurences of the old WFK version in the documentation. The new version is wfk-2.4.0 (mainly in the context of the maven repository).
WFK 2.4.0 newly depends on both EAP 6.1.0 repository and EAP 6.1.1 repository, so both versions should be mentioned in the documentation. But... there is also possibility how to avoid installing these repositories by the use of online repository:
This repository is set in the WFK quickstarts settings.xml , so there should be at least some warning or note which would mention this possibility.
What exactly to change? Well, in the first three paragraphs is a lot of occurences where to change WFK version, to add new EAP repository and where to change text which mentions only two repositories. So I'm not sure if would be easier for you when I write you every change down here .
There have been some reorganizations in the BOMs structure:
- BOMs from org.jboss.bom have been moved to org.jboss.bom.wfk
- BOM jboss-javaee-6.0-with-hibernate has been removed from WFK 2.4.0 repository (so remove it from the doc)
- version of BOMs is: 2.4.0-redhat-2
- and there is another new BOM for Spring 3.2:
The difference betwen the original BOM and this new BOM is that the original one provides only Snowdrop and Spring dependencies and the new one provides Java EE dependencies in addition. In the documentation should be mentioned both of them.
There will be definitely some changes (mainly in versions) in the archetypes, but, unfortunatelly, currently none of them is in correct and final state.
