The read-feature-description requirements output does not include requirements defined via RuntimeCapability.getRequirements

Title says it all.

Perhaps the thing to do is create a CapabilityReferenceRecorder for these and include them in IMMR.getRequirements. We'd need to be sure to not double-record them though.
