Remove match-purpose from Elytron

    Description

      Match purpose should be entirely removed from authentication-context, see [1]. It means it should be removed from API, Elytron subsystem and Elytron client configuration file.

      We request blocker flag to avoid situation where match-purpose occurs in GA.
