Dynamic CLI command handler loading doesn't handle module slots

While reviewing https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/pull/1517 I wondered if the same problem was present in other places in core. A check shows the WFCORE-582 fix has this problem.

Minor issue as our extensions don't use slots other than main. But they could.
