Wrapping AnnotatedType of a Session Bean does not work

Adding additional metadata to a Session Bean by calling ProcessAnnotatedType.setAnnotatedType() (i.e. wrapping a default AnnotatedType and adding a scope declaration) does not seem to work as these changes are not propagated.
