Make it possible to execute lang model TCKs incontainer

Currently, the lang model TCKs are only executed with Weld SE underneath. While this is technically sufficient (because the same lang model is in EE servers and if it weren't Lite extension TCK tests would fail), it would be nice to introduce profiles like we have for tests in tests-arquillian so that it is possible to execute it both ways.
This might make it easier for other to see how to execute it and it might end up being a formal requirement for passing TCK with given EE server.

As a side note, we should also update the test itself it currently doesn't explicitly add the LangModelExtension to the deployment.
