Description

The static string value at Weld.ALLOW_OPTIMIZED_CLEANUP is currently set to org.jboss.weld.se.allowOptimizedCleanup while it in fact should be org.jboss.weld.bootstrap.allowOptimizedCleanup.

This has no effect on OptimizedCleanupTest which covers this because this feature is by default enabled in SE.
