Revisit servlet testing on Jetty

    Description

      Similar to what we did for Tomcat (WELD-2519), we should sanity-check testing on Jetty.

      Checking their docs it seems that latest is 9.4 but even that one is still running Servlet 3.1.

      We should decide whether we want to keep testing on jetty and if so then what steps are needed to bump it to latest version (possibly needs changes in Arq. adapter?).
