Clarification of flat deployments

When reviewing https://docs.jboss.org/weld/reference/latest/en-US/html/environments.html#_bean_archive_isolation_2 a question came up as to whether or not this propery could be pased in via the properties for a CDI 2.0 SeContainerInitializer. If it can, please update the docs. If it cannot, I will open a feature request to add it.
