Event.fireAsync() - make it possible to specify a timeout after which the returned completion stage must be complete

    Description

      If the timeout expires the completion stage completes exceptionally with java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException.

      Make use of javax.enterprise.event.NotificationOptions.

      The timeout should not abort the notification of the resolved observers.
