Make it possible to use Probe even if the deployment validation fails

    Description

      Right now, Probe is only usable if there are no deployment problems. However, users very often struggle with unsatisfied/ambiguous dependencies.

      Probe internals and HTML client currently do not support this use case.

      It should be possible to:

      • export the Probe data even if the deployment validation fails
      • use the default HTML client to find the root cause
