Detect unnecessary code and remove it if possible

The code must not be part of the Weld API nor used in the WildFly subsystem. E.g.:

• org.jboss.weld.util.collections.ViewProvider<SOURCE, VIEW>
• org.jboss.weld.util.collections.ArrayListSupplier<T>
• org.jboss.weld.logging.BootstrapLogger.invalidPropertyValue(Object, Object)
• etc.
