@ApplicationScope bean with a decorator and a private method observer is invoked on the wrong object instance

This is a regression introduced by WELD-2043. (3.0.0.Alpha14+)
As a reproducer, one can use the attached SE reproducer created by Larry Streepy.

I will also add an automated test to Weld.
