SSE Close Task not invoked when client connection closed

Using the ServerSentEventHandler and registering a close task on a client connection :

• the close task is not called when the client connection is closed,
• the close task is only called when the server shuts down

Attached is a patch to ServerSentEventTestCase that reproduces the issue.
