ReadListener.onDataAvailable() is called for GET request

Sorry, there's no issue here, my testing code has an issue, it works in another servlet container, maybe ServletInputStream.isReady() will return false when there's no data to read, it's my fault.

Another thing: maybe it's better ReadListener.onDataAvailable() is not called when there's no data to read.
