    Description

      Create jboss-modules for the OpenTracing API and a concrete OT compliant tracer Jaeger.

      The reason for combining the creation of these jboss-modules is that part of the task will be to work out how selection of a tracer can be supported.

      Ideally applications and technologies being used in the Wildfly/EAP server should only need to be dependent upon the OpenTracing jboss-module, and selection/configuration of which tracer is being used should be a server level task.
