      In master tenant go to https://master-admin._domain_/p/admin/user/notification_preferences and check presence of notification setting for create/delete applications and expiring application trial period.

      Also try to create/delete application in master tenant.

      Description

      I've realized during testing that there are no notification emails send after

              - New application created
                Sent when a new application is created.
             
              - Application deleted
                Sent when an application is deleted.
      
              - Application trial expired
                Sent when an application trial period expires.
      

      in master tenant. Also it is not possible work with applications in master tenant like in admin portal in tenant. So I think these notification options should be removed/disabled.
