add option for using trust store in toolbox image

When user use Toolbox from rpm it's easy to add custom certificates to RHEL trust store to be able to verify all needed SSL certificate chains.
When user use Toolbox from OCP image user cannot add custom certificates.
1) There should be option how to use custom certificates or cert. chains.
2) It should be documented how to use 1)

I would like to mention that Toolbox has parameter "-k" which is not valid option for enterprise customers.
