Add service name to the name of an application in the apps developer portal view

Applications created by default have the same name: "<account-name>'s App". In order to distinguish them easier, the request is to add the service name. This is in relation to the Application name that is created automatically when a user logs in for all those Default application plans. This has to be done at two places - one at the time of application creation and the newly created application name to be reflected in active docs (Documentation page).
