updated_at parameter not updated after regenerating client secret value

    • Steps to Reproduce:

      • Configure a service to use OAuth authentication mode.
      • Create a new application.
      • Change the name or description of the application.
      • Call the Application Read endpoint and check the updated_at value.
      • Regenerate secret in the UI for the same application.
      • Make the same API call and verify that the updated_at value is still the same as in the previous call.

      Description

      When the client secret on the application object is updated the updated_at field is not updated and therefore shows incorrect value when queried on the Application Read call.
