Create Release Notes - 2.6

We need to collect the content that will be included in 2.6 GA Release Notes, considering the following sections, if applicable:

• New features
• Resolved issues
• Technology preview features
• Link to supported configurations
• Known issues
• Deprecation notices [1]
• Removed features
• Replaced features

Deadline for contributions:

• Draft: July 9, 2019 - This deadline is intended to have a basic collection of notes to begin the draft.
• Known issues: August 12, 2019
