cannot import OAS with title including dot

I've tried to import OpenApi specification v2 with title including dot. But according https://github.com/OAI/OpenAPI-Specification/blob/master/versions/2.0.md "Title" is JSON string which is defined in https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4627#section-2.5
So dot and other special characters and encodings are valid chars, just some of them should be escaped.
