Description
I create an developer account with paid plan (Plan A) then changed it to free plan (Plan B).
A setup fee is listed, but the plan name is wrong.
Setup fee ('Plan B')
This is similar issue with THREESCALE-436, but 436 handled application plan. This ticket covers account plan.

I've edited paidtest4 account like this:
- Created an account that Account plan is paid plan (paid)
- Created an application that application plan is (post) paid plan (paidapplicationplan)
- Changed the account plan to a free plan (Default)
- Changed the application plan to a free plan (plan1)
Result:
Fixed fee, Setup fee Refund of paidapplicationplan is listed to the invoice as expected.
However the "paid" ones are not listed here.

- The plan name is wrong
