SSO into Admin Portal fails

      Account is setup to use RH SSO to authenticate Admin Portal users. Login with it. Enter credentials below. Get error.
      User is created on 3scale as a Member - but blocked form entry.

      When I SSO into 3scale Admin Portal, after successful authentication on RH SSO, I get error:
      Your account isn't active or hasn't been approved yet.
