I'm still a bit unclear how exactly I can reproduce this but I would suspect the same OCP environment (version) to start.

      • Install a valid certificate on the cluster domain.
      • Send a webhook request to an HTTPS endpoint - the ping feature can be used here.

      Description

HTTPS connection for webhooks fails with an error message in the UI. Until now I haven't been able to reproduce the issue so I can ask for the exact error message if it's useful. The logs from the system-app-provider container did not provide anything useful.

The customer OS cluster has their own certificate installed and it seems that the webhook request over SSL fails because the 3scale trust store does not have the certificate in its database. The request over HTTP works fine.
