Application create fails with 404 Not Found

      • I have a service with an application plan.
      • That service has a service plan but not selected as the default plan.
        I try to create a new application for an account which does not have a service subscription to Service A. I select an application plan in the application create form which belongs to Service A. Upon completing all the required fields I submit the form and receive the reported response code. 404 Not Found!

    Description

      Creating an application from the admin portal results in a failure with the response code 404 Not Found returned. Obviously this should not happen.

      Current behaviour

      Creating an application in the admin portal fails.

      Expected behaviour

      Creating an application succeeds when completing the form's required fields.
