Some issues in the 2.3 release notes

Some issues in the Release Notes for 2.3 were reported by a customer:

• "The OAuth 2.0 token introspection policy" should be in the "Extended the API policy coverage by adding new APIcast out-of-the-box policies".

This is because the OAuth 2.0 token introspection policy is technology preview in 2.2.

amasferr vramosp If a technology preview feature is "upgraded" to be a supported feature, should it be considered new?

• Otherwise, "Edge limiting policy" should be in the "Improved the features and capabilities of the existing policies".

• In the phrase "Wrong error message when ODIC issuer field is configured incorrectly." there is a typo: "ODIC" should be "OIDC"
  Also, one term should be used "OIDC" or "OpenID Connect".
  I personally think "OpenID Connect" is better.
