The Application Plan UI is messed up if given long name of method/metric on application plans

We are using the `3scale-cli` importer to import the endpoints to 3scale. After successful import, the endpoint names are overlapped with `pricing` and `limits`.

We encountered this during a demo. Great if we can find a quick fix for this.
