    Description

      Unified UI/UX across 3scale and Fuse.

      Changes:
      _ PF3 masthead with context selector
      _ API search box and link replication
      _ Add Applications, Analytics, Integration Errors, and if time allows Active Docs to the service sub navigation.
      _ Switch from horizontal to vertical navigation
      _ Re-structure and re-style sign in page PF3 style

      Phases:
      _ Phase 1: L&F of top navbar with context switcher, updated dashboard and service filter
      _ Phase 2: Moved pages to prepare for service driven navigation
      _ Phase 3: Updated navigation, linking between 3scale UI pages - moved to left frame
      _ Phase 4: Updated sign in page (optional if time allows)
