Page titles of some admin pages are confusing

Following are some of the example pages in admin portal with confusing page titles.

• Settings > Policies is "Settings - Edit"
• Settings > Billing is "Settings - Show"
• Settings > Developer Portal > Domains & Access is "Dns - Show"

Page titles have to match or be similar to the page name.
Following is a page with correct page title.

• Settings > Fields Definitions page title is Fields definitions - Index.
