Add Check in War Generator to Verify the JNDI Source Specified is a Teiid VDB

The JNDI connection used in the generated war needs to be a Teiid connection. This is a confusion point for users and we need to verify the source, if the source is available. At the very least, we need to make the requirement clearer.
