Refactor Common Code Between TeiidAdminInfo And TeiidJdbcInfo Into A Superclass

95% of the code in TeiidAdminInfo And TeiidJdbcInfo is exactly the same. They share all the same fields except one. Refactoring the common code into an abstract base class would be a better design. Also, the "host" field should really be a property of a Server.
