Add Teiid Designer SWTBot tests to the build process

New plugins with SWTBot tests for Teiid Designer were added.
Please add these plug-ins to the build process.

New plug-ins are located here:

Note that there is a svn:externals property set on tests folder to resolve dependency of org.jboss.tools.ui.bot.ext
