Designer should pull both, the Admin or JDBC connection info, from the default Teiid server instance

Designer, when creating a connection. should use the appropriate connection info (based on the assigned default), either Admin or JDBC . And on failure of the connection, indicate if it was the Admin or the JDBC connection that failed
